MUT1000EL sensors represent the state of art of EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL  production for water cycle and process application. The new structure for the generation of the magnetic field, the innovative route of the signal generated by the electrodes, is giving a sensor with an extremely measurement range, keeping the extremely compact dimensions: EL Extended Linearity.

This new sensors series follows the successful tradition of the MUT1000EL introducing a measurement range of more than 1:1000 without linearization software. These kinds of performances allow doing very accurate measures on a wide flow rate and to count lower flow rates that before would have been reset because of the effects of the converters cut off.

EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL MUT1100J are flangeless sensors that cover all diameters from DN 25 to DN 150. When light weight and compact dimensions are required, the choice of sensors cannot be other than MUT1100J. These models are installed beetween two flanges surrounded by studs. For this reason they are also called "wafer sensors".

EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL MUT500 series are the most suitable for the measurement of the small flow rates of liquids electrically conductive for temperature up to 160°. They cover all diameters from DN 3 to DN 20 as shown in Table 1.

The degree of protection is IP68 for 1.5 m permanent immersion in water. The flow tube is made in PTFE.

The coils for the generation of the magnetic field are mounted on the external part of the flow tube, all enclosed in the stainless steel sensor body. Two measurement electrodes are placed at diametrically opposite points of the flow tube.

The EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL MUT2400EL series are sensors specifically designed for use in the food processing industry. They are made of materials approved for the purpose by international regulations, they are compatible with the temperature and products required for sanitary reasons, and equipped with the attachments used today in the foodstuffs field.

They are suitable for the flow rate electrically conducible liquids with a temperature up to 140°C. The MUT2400EL sensors are manufactured with diameters from DN 25 to DN 100 as indicated in Table 1. The degree of protection is IP 68 for a permanent emersion in water to a depth of 1.5 meters.
